“Be the person you needed when you were younger”- Ayesha A. Siddiqi

We longed for someone to guide and love us through the confusion and experiences of our youth.  If we perceive these needs were not met, pain often occurs, which outlasts the experience. You must see that there is no longer a need to count on others when you can become your own healer.

What kind of person did you wish would have helped you when you were younger? How can you soothe your unmet needs by adopting those qualities in yourself?
